YOUR ROLE

  • You make all preparations for the work council meetings and will attend them once a month.

  • You initiate several HR-related and transformation projects in a changing environment.

  • You act as a business partner for the management team and employees. 

  • You work on several policies, training plan, mobility plan, etc.

  • You offer proactive advice on structural optimizations.

Vereisten

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a relevant track record as an HR Manager, demonstrating your expertise in the mentioned topics.

  • You possess solid knowledge and skills in "hard HR" matters and have up to date knowledge of social legislation

  • You are a strong communicator and adept at stakeholder management.

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English and preferably also French.

PRACTICAL

  • Contract type: freelance

  • Work regime: 3 to 4 days/week

  • Timing: start asap for 3 months or maybe longer

  • Location: Brussels
