YOUR ROLE

  • You manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from intake meetings to contract discussions.

  • You focus mainly on experienced profiles and fill your own pipeline with candidates.

  • You introduce candidates to hiring managers.

  • You maintain strong communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Vereisten

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have experience in recruitment.

  • You are comfortable managing the full recruitment process independently.

  • You connect easily with candidates, the business and other stakeholders.

  • You are fluent in English, with preferably a good knowledge of Dutch and/or French.

PRACTICAL

  • Contract type: Freelance

  • Work regime: 4 to 5 days per week

  • Location: North of Brussels / partly remote
