YOUR ROLE

In this role, you will:

  • Build on a recent job classification and job weighting exercise to link functions with compensation practices

  • Develop salary scales and link the classification to a coherent compensation & benefits policy

  • Apply benchmarks and market data to design a clear salary structure, including variable pay and benefits

  • Summarize findings and present recommendations to the HR Director, HR team and employee representatives (incl. works council)

  • Collaborate closely with HR and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in

Vereisten

YOUR PROFILE

  • Proven experience with job classification and compensation & benefits projects

  • Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel; comfortable working with complex data sets

  • Hands-on, structured and able to translate analysis into clear recommendations

  • Experienced in presenting to management and employee representatives

  • Fluent in Dutch and French
