YOUR ROLE

As the Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will:

  • Develop and implement a compliant, sustainable, and tax-efficient reward strategy.

  • Define and update compensation frameworks and internal reward guidelines.

  • Align performance management with remuneration through merit-based and variable pay systems.

  • Collaborate with HR leads across multiple departments and social dialogue contexts.

  • Ensure compliance with Belgian and European labour regulations, including pay transparency.

  • Optimise payroll-related processes and support integration efforts during growth or acquisitions.

Vereisten

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have relevant experience in reward management.

  • You have a solid understanding of Belgian labour law and familiarity with EU legislation.

  • You possess strong analytical and strategic skills to translate data into actionable policies.

  • You have leadership experience and the ability to drive continuous improvement.

  • You are fluent in Dutch and have a good working knowledge of French.
