ORGANIZATION
Our client is active in the professional services sector and is experiencing rapid growth. They are a smaller, dynamic organization with a close-knit team and an entrepreneurial culture. The company is scaling up its activities and wants to strengthen its HR foundations to support this growth in a sustainable way.
YOUR ROLE
You are the go-to person for all HR topics.
You manage and execute daily HR operations with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and employee experience.
You provide guidance on payroll and labor law questions, without handling the operational payroll yourself.
You lead the full recruitment process for a variety of roles. Recruitment will be a key part of your mission.
You support initiatives that strengthen talent development, retention, and engagement.
You work closely with management to align HR actions with the organization’s growth priorities.
Vereisten
YOUR PROFILE
You have solid experience as an HR generalist or HR Manager in a small or mid-sized organization.
You are strong in recruitment and comfortable managing the entire process independently.
You have a good knowledge of Belgian labor law and HR compliance.
You are pragmatic, autonomous and structured.
You communicate clearly and build trust easily.
You are fluent in French and English.
