Our client is an international company with operations across several countries.

YOUR ROLE

As a Performance Management Specialist, you will take on a hands-on role in the implementation and optimization of performance management processes within the organization. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Translate a newly defined performance management approach into clear processes

  • Align and document performance management processes across countries

  • Contribute to the selection and implementation of a performance management tool

  • Prepare communication materials and draft the communication plan for the rollout

  • Develop presentations and workshop content to support internal understanding

  • Work closely with HR and business stakeholders throughout the process

  • Ensure consistency in messaging and process design

Vereisten

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have proven experience with performance management, ideally in an international context.

  • You bring a hands-on mindset, work in a structured way, and communicate clearly.

  • You are skilled at creating clear documentation and compelling support materials.

  • You are fluent in Dutch and comfortable working in English.

PRACTICAL

  • Contract type: Freelance

  • Working regime: 4 to 5 days per week
