In this role, you will manage the entire recruitment and selection process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers.

• You focus on recruiting for a variety of roles, including digital, sales, marketing, and project management.

• You use different channels to search for suitable candidates for each role.

• You maintain communication with candidates throughout the process, providing updates and guidance.

• You conduct interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit.

• You connect candidates with hiring managers, ensuring they align with the company’s needs.

• You keep both candidates and hiring managers informed, ensuring a clear and smooth recruitment journey.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a relevant background in talent acquisition from A to Z.

• You easily build strong connections with stakeholders.

• You are resilient and driven to search for candidates and fill vacancies.

• You are fluent in both Dutch and French.
